Delivery Notification
Demand has been quite exceptional at a time when global supply chains have seen many challenges. It has been widely reported that the automotive sector has been starved of semi conductors (silicone chips) essential for the ECU’s used in motorcycle EFI and ABS control systems. Added to this global shipping has been severely disrupted as western economies have switched back on as Covid lock-downs have been removed.
Zontes made substantial deliveries to the UK in June and July, but this in no way cleared current backlogs. We are pleased to inform waiting customers that substantial deliveries of 125cc and 310cc models are now at sea for delivery in late August. Further shipments are loading next week for delivery in mid-September. Collectively these deliveries are substantial enough to clear all current dealer back orders and provide dealer showroom stock.
We do apologise for the delays and thank customers for keeping faith as they wait for their bike to be delivered. We are sure that wait will be worth it!
